The EL6XXA series solid state relays provide optically isolated, high-voltage AC/DC switching in a compact 6-pin DIP or SMD package for industrial and measurement systems.

The EL6XXA series solid state relays use an AlGaAs infrared LED on the input side, optically coupled to a photovoltaic diode array and MOSFET output stage. This structure enables reliable high-voltage switching without mechanical wear.
